1. Who We Are

Basira Intuition ("we," "us," "our") is a private intuitive practice operated by Claudia Quiana, providing readings, engagements, and related content through basiraintuition.com.

2. The Emperor Index

If you take the Index we record the objective you type, the life areas you select, your thirteen answers, and the scores and gate states produced from them. If you ask to have the reading sent to you, we also record your email address and send it there. The Index is a self-assessment instrument. It is not a clinical or diagnostic test and nothing in it is a health assessment.

3. Applications and Inquiries

Everything you submit through an application or intake form is stored — your name, email, phone if given, and every answer you write. Applications often describe other people: partners, family, employees, counterparties. That information is used only to review and carry out the engagement you asked for. We do not contact anyone you name.

The 5D Chess application asks you to describe people by role rather than by name, so that as little identifying information about third parties is recorded as possible. Where a case inquiry does require names, applicants are asked to share only the names the case actually requires, and those names are used solely for that case.

4. Bookings and Payments

When you book a reading we store your name, email, and the intake details you provide, along with the status of the order and its delivery. Payment is processed by Stripe, which handles card details directly. We never see or store card numbers.

5. Analytics

We record page views — the page visited, the referring site, and any UTM campaign parameters in the link — along with an anonymous session identifier and browser type. This is used for one thing: knowing which post, video, or link brought someone here, so the work goes where it is read. It is not used for advertising and is not sold.

6. Who Processes Your Data

We use a small number of providers, named plainly:

• Supabase — the database where the above records are stored.
• Stripe — payment processing.
• Resend — delivery of transactional and subscriber email.

Substack and Patreon are separate services. If you follow a link there, whatever you do on those platforms is governed by their own privacy policies, not this one.

7. How We Use It

To deliver readings and engagements, to review applications, to answer you, to send what you asked to receive, to meet legal obligations, and to understand how people arrive. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

8. Confidentiality

Session content, intake details, and application answers are treated as strictly confidential. Recordings are delivered privately to you and are never republished, shared, or used in public content without your explicit written permission.

9. Retention and Deletion

Order and payment records are kept as long as required for tax and legal purposes. Index submissions, applications and analytics records are kept only as long as they are useful to the practice. You can write to basiraintuition@outlook.com at any time and ask to be removed — including your Index submissions and any application you have sent. We will do it and confirm when it is done.

Applications that are declined are deleted within ninety days, together with anything they describe about other people.

10. Your Rights (GDPR / CCPA)

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. Use the same address above.

11. Cookies and Local Storage

The site uses minimal cookies and stores a small amount of information in your own browser: an anonymous session identifier and campaign parameters from the link you arrived by. You can clear this at any time in your browser settings.

12. Children

This site and its services are for adults. Nothing here is offered to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If a child's information has been submitted, write to us and it will be deleted.

13. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, though no method of transmission over the internet is fully secure.

14. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes are posted on this page with a revised "last updated" date, and where the change affects people already on our list, by email.
