Our Promise
Every reading is approached with full presence, integrity, and care. The work is intuitive and channeled — it is not a product on a shelf. Because of this, our refund and delivery terms are intentional.
Confirmation of Purchase
When you purchase, you will immediately receive an order confirmation by email. This confirms your booking — it is not the reading itself.
Delivery Window
Readings are crafted privately and delivered on a flexible timeline. The exact delivery date is not guaranteed to be immediate; depth and discernment take time. After intake, an estimated delivery window will be communicated to you. If you require priority turnaround, please select the Expedited option at checkout — only Expedited bookings are delivered on the accelerated timeline stated for that tier.
Right of Refusal — Full Refund
The practitioner reserves the absolute right to decline any reading that does not feel aligned. This is a sovereign practice, and alignment is non-negotiable. If a reading is refused before delivery for any reason, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price within a reasonable processing window.
Refunds After Delivery
Once a reading has been delivered, the work is considered rendered and the purchase is final. Subjective disagreement with the message of a reading is not grounds for a refund. Where required by applicable consumer-protection law, statutory rights remain unaffected.
Technical Issues
If a delivered reading cannot be accessed due to a verified technical issue on our side (corrupted file, broken delivery link), we will re-deliver the recording at no additional cost. If re-delivery is not possible, a full refund will be issued.
Cancellations
You may cancel an unfulfilled booking by writing to basiraintuition@outlook.com before work has begun. Cancellations requested after work has commenced may be partially refunded at the practitioner's discretion.
