Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By purchasing a reading, submitting an application, or using basiraintuition.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. What Is Offered
There are four offerings, in two groups.
The Readings are fixed in price and bought directly: The General Reading and The Deep Reading. They are personal, recorded, and delivered privately.
The Engagements are by application and priced after qualification: 5D Chess, corporate spiritual strategy for owners and executives, and Whose Case Is This?, intuitive pattern work on a situation. Neither carries a listed price. Scope and fee are quoted after review.
3. Applications Are Not Acceptance
Submitting an application creates no agreement and no obligation on either side. Not every application is taken. If the work is a fit, you will receive a quote setting out scope and price. The engagement begins only when you accept that quote and payment is made. Until then, nothing is owed by you and nothing is promised to you.
4. Nature of the Practice
Basira Intuition is an intuitive practice drawing on pattern recognition, tarot, scribing, and shadow work. This is a spiritual practice. It is not medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, or financial advice, and it does not replace care from a licensed professional in any of those fields. You remain the decision-maker in your own life and are solely responsible for what you choose to do with what you receive.
5. Scope of Practice — The Engagements
5D Chess is spiritual counsel offered to a decision-maker. It is not legal advice, not financial advice, not business or management consulting, not mediation, and not representation of any kind. It creates no professional, advisory, or fiduciary relationship. Nothing said in an engagement is a recommendation to sign, refuse, hire, remove, buy, or sell. The decision is yours and remains yours.
Whose Case Is This? is intuitive, pattern-based work. It is not a licensed investigative service, it is not a substitute for law enforcement or a licensed private investigator, and nothing produced in it is evidence or should be presented as evidence in any proceeding. It does not establish fact, guilt, or innocence. If a matter requires an investigator or the police, engage one.
6. Information About Other People
Applications and intakes frequently describe other people — partners, family, employees, counterparties. By submitting that information you confirm you are entitled to share it. It is used only for the engagement you have asked for and for no other purpose. Claudia will not contact, notify, or approach any third party named in an application.
You are asked to describe people by role rather than by name wherever the work does not require otherwise.
7. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a reading or apply for an engagement. By doing so you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
8. Right of Refusal
The practitioner reserves the absolute right to decline, postpone, or terminate any reading or engagement at her sole discretion — including where the energy does not feel aligned, the intake or application is incomplete, the request falls outside the scope of the practice, or the interaction is abusive or unsafe. Declining an application costs you nothing, as no payment is taken before a quote is accepted. Where a paid reading or engagement is refused before delivery, the amount paid is refunded in full.
9. Delivery
Upon purchase of a reading you will receive an order confirmation by email. Readings are crafted privately and are not delivered immediately. Standard readings are delivered within 5–7 business days of payment. An Expedited option is available at purchase and is delivered within 48 hours of payment. These windows are the promise, and they are measured from the date payment is received. Engagements are delivered on the schedule and in the form set out in the accepted quote — which may be a session, a recording, a written reading, or a combination.
10. Payment
All payments are processed by third-party providers (Stripe, Patreon). Card details are handled by those providers and are never stored by this site. Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated and are inclusive of any applicable digital-service taxes where required by law. Engagement fees are quoted individually and invoiced directly.
11. Confidentiality & Use
Everything you share is held in confidence. Readings and engagement materials are delivered privately and are for your personal use only. You may not republish, broadcast, resell, or distribute any portion of them without prior written consent. Nothing from a private session is used in public content without your explicit written permission.
12. Intellectual Property
All site content, branding, copy, syllabi, and recorded materials remain the intellectual property of Basira Intuition and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Basira Intuition is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site, a reading, or an engagement. Total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Basira Intuition operates, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
15. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
