1. Acceptance
By purchasing a reading or using basiraintuition.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the service.
2. Nature of Service
Basira Intuition offers intuitive, channeled video readings drawing on pattern recognition, tarot, scribing, and shadow work. Readings are provided for personal insight and entertainment purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, psychological, or psychiatric advice. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on a reading.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a reading. By purchasing, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
4. Right of Refusal
The practitioner reserves the absolute right to decline, postpone, or terminate any reading at her sole discretion — including, but not limited to, situations where the energy does not feel aligned, the intake is incomplete, the request falls outside the scope of the practice, or the interaction is abusive or unsafe. Where a session is refused before delivery, the full purchase amount will be refunded.
5. Delivery
Upon purchase you will receive an order confirmation by email. Readings are crafted privately and are not delivered immediately. Standard delivery windows are intentionally flexible to honor the depth of the work; an estimated window will be communicated after intake. If you require priority turnaround, an Expedited option is available at purchase and is delivered on the timeline stated for that tier.
6. Payment
All payments are processed by third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, Patreon). Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated and are inclusive of any applicable digital-service taxes where required by law.
7. Confidentiality & Use
Your reading is delivered privately and is for your personal use only. You may not republish, broadcast, resell, or distribute any portion of a reading without prior written consent.
8. Intellectual Property
All site content, branding, copy, and recorded materials remain the intellectual property of Basira Intuition and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Basira Intuition is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or any reading. Total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Basira Intuition operates, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
