CEOs, founders, owners, and executives make decisions in rooms shaped by position. The people around them may be sincere and still have interests in the answer. A private question can be difficult to separate from the role that must carry it.
Claudia Quiana's metaphysical practice is for that separation: a confidential reading of the situation, not another demand to perform leadership. Business-as-spiritual-war is a way of naming the contests beneath the official business: allegiance, authority, attention, and the cost of giving away your position. It is an interpretive lens, not a claim that every disagreement is a hidden attack.
A proposal may look sound while the relationship around it remains unread. A role may appear powerful while every decision is being made to preserve someone else's comfort. The useful question is not how dramatic the situation feels. It is what the arrangement asks you to concede, and whether you intend to concede it.
